This is the Knightsbridge SF7300MW, a 1 gang master telephone socket - main BT phone socket outlet - in a matt white screwless flat metal plate. It is made of high quality premium grade steel material, ultra-slim, complete with integral gasket.
It contains a surge arrestor and a R/C circuit filter which are used by the service provider to get a fixed value resistance when they run line checks. This is a Standard BT type socket with screw type terminals, with the master function (primary socket).
