This is the Fluke T110 Voltage/Continuity Tester With Switchable Load (rugged, high quality tester for faster test result).  The Fluke T110 Electrical Tester is a voltage and continuity tester with a rotary field indication. Their primary use is for test and measurement in industrial, commercial, and household environments. 
This product complies with the most recent safety standards for safe, reliable test and measurement. The fixed test probe cover prevents the risk of injury when you move the instrument.  The new Fluke two-pole voltage and continuity testers are now more rugged and easier to use than ever before. They give you fast results when you need them, with large, easy-to-use bright backlights, and clear audible and physical indicators designed for any work situation.
Rugged, high-quality construction that is built to last - this includes heavy duty molded case, a thicker cord with wear indicator, sturdy battery case, and well-fitting and durable probe protector.  The enhanced ergonomic design feels good in your hand, is easy to use (even with gloves on!), and has a quick secure probe docking.
