This is the Astro Lighting 1286066 Ascoli swing wall lamp in Matt Nickel with a switch on base using a GU10 LED lamp (not included).
It is a swing-arm wall fitting on a round base; the arm with the spotlight can be adjusted 180 degrees, and the spotlight itself can be tilted 90 degrees. It is non-dimmable and, for ease of switching ON/OFF, there's a switch on the base. Ideal for mounting by the bed in domestic or hospitality, or in the living room, waiting rooms, etc.
