This arm assembly is to be used in conjunction with the Atelier clamp (see AX4568), Atelier Desk Base (see AX4563) or Atelier Floor Base (see AX4563).
It requires a single E27/ES max. 28W incandescent lamp (not included), but we would recommend switching to energy-saving LED bulbs, if you wish to save on your bills and the environment. With an IP20 rating, it is Bathroom zone 3 suitable, making it perfect for placement in living rooms, hallways or bedrooms where it is guaranteed to illuminate your interior home space in style.
The Atelier range from Astro Lighting was created to emulate the type of desk lamp that you would find at a craftsman's workshop in Victorian times: to conjure the image of a boutique toolmaker, architect or jewellery designers shop. The fully-articulated joints provide maximum flexibility, which allows you to re-direct the light wherever there’s a need. Also, the designer, James Bassant, decided to leave them exposed in a raw aluminum finish to highlight their intricate design. If you are seeking some old-school charm in your home then the Atelier Arm Assembly combined with its table, clamp or floor counterpart will fit the bill perfectly for you.
