2016 has been quite a year, with many ups and downs and all kinds of good experiences and great people. We didn't win any award this year :( but we have been growing and going strong little by little.
For example, our website simply looks amazing on the mobile phone!
More and more people visit us at sparksdirect.co.uk on their iPhone, Android phone, or tablet, and the online orders placed via mobile devices have gone up.
This year we extended the ranges of our products, we improved the quality and functionality of our website, we worked hard to offer the best customer service - both online and offline, and we made many new friends.
We meant to put our holiday schedule online earlier, but we've been pretty busy.
During the Christmas and the New Year holiday period we will be open part of the time, and you are always welcome to visit us on our website to both consult the technical specifications and order these items online, paying attention to our opening hours and last shipping date.

Our last shipping date is Wednesday, 21 December 2016. We will resume our normal shipping schedule for the online orders on Tuesday, 3 January 2017.In other words, all the orders you place online at sparksdirect.co.uk before 1pm on Wednesday, 21 December 2016 - and the items are in stock - will be shipped to be with you this year.
However, all the online orders between 21 December 2016 and 3 January 2017 will be delivered after the 3rd of January 2016.
Also, please remember that, with the Christmas period and the delays and strikes, the parcels may be delayed; we do our best to send all the online orders with items we have in stock, but we are also limited by our courier company.
