Ever since our customer survey and now with the new version of our website, we are very encouraged to go on and improve our services, our shipping, and the quality of the information we provide on our website.
Especially with the feature of, Ask Us a Question, we have offered the opportunity to all our visitors to ask us questions concerning the products on our website.
We are not perfect. Our website is not perfect.

We're Continually Improving
Hopefully, we will one day get to the point where the website will offer ALL the information you need (including some splendid presentation videos, as seen at the Silent 100 fans) for you to make an informed decision before buying something at Sparks.Until then though, we are daily working on improving and adding quality to the description of the products, the pictures of the products (see the Balun Pendants for instance), and all kinds of articles, extra bits of information, videos, and PDF files.
