This is the Enlite EN-DSP400X, a 1 gang 2 Way 60W-400W Zero Cross Rotary Dimmer Module Leading Edge suitable for dimmable LED Lamps, dimmable electronic transformers, dimmable LED drivers, toroidal transformers, and tungsten lamps.
The integrated trimming potentiometer allows lamps to be set at a minimum level to prevent them going out or flickering at the bottom of the dimmer range.
