This is the Astro Lighting 7080 Ravello wall lamp (SKU 1222040) coming in a classy bronze finish and using a LED ES lamp (the shade and lamp needs to be ordered separately).

The shade for this fitting is not included - it needs to be ordered separately, and you have a wide range of cylindrical shades (see Drum 250 range and Tube 135 range) and the Ravello Tapered Square 175 shade, all of which come in White, Black, Oyster, and Putty finish.
