This is the Forum Lighting INL-31775-BLK, a single black spotlight on a round base, part of the Forum Lighting Harvey range of single spotlights, ideal for wall mounting.
It is a LED-compatible spot light for decorative lighting indoor; the lamp has to be ordered separately (it takes a GU10 lamp, max. 35W) and it is IP20 rated (max. bathroom zone 3).
