This is the Navigator Eyelid Outdoor Wall Bulkhead Solid Brass IP64 c/w Prismatic Glass Diffuser ES/E27 available at Sparks Electrical Wholesalers for the best price.
It is part of an amazing range of outdoor wall-mounted bulkheads in solid brass with a prismatic glass diffuser coming sans the E27/ES lamp.

This tough light fitting offers subtle lighting for walkways and staircases.
It has thumb screws to make changing the light bulb easy. The Navigator bulkheads have been designed for applications outdoors where an industrial or nautical effect is required.
The solid brass body has an aged, original-looking finish. The cabling connection is achieved via the side gland.
