The halogen lamps are all being phased out to be replaced with their energy-saving alternative, the LED lamps; this is also the case with the halogen capsule lamps also.

G9 capsule lamps are still being used today, and the halogen capsule bulbs are still available as stock lasts; we, however, recommend the G9 LED lamps, which can be found via the LED lamps and LED light bulbs categories on our website.
