This is the Manrose 54500 204mm x 60mm Low Profile Ducting, an adjustable horizontal bend. The low profile ducting enables it to be concealed when it is installed along the top of the wall units.
You can also fit the low profile ducting in the ceiling voids and cavity walls, providing versatility while at the same time remaining unobtrusive.
