This is the MK K8891ALM 1 Gang 38mm Surface Metal Box for 1 or 2 Grid Modules 5 x 20mm Knockouts available at Sparks.
It is an MK Grid switch surface metal-clad back box, and it can house one or two grid switch modules.
It is recommended to self-level the platform to ensure that the mounting frame is always positioned correctly without adjustment.
