This is the LEDS-C4 DM-0081-14-00, a mutidir trimless square single downlight in white ideal for commercial and retail lighting, using a GX53 AR-111 max. 100W and having a cutout of 156 x 156mm. Large single square ceiling light with a lamp beam of up to 80deg. 

Multidir Trimless Downlight in White - Features
