The Aico Ei630RF is a battery-powered Heat Alarm with a 10-year sealed lithium battery and built-in RadioLINK+ technology, making it perfect for wirelessly interlinking with other alarms in kitchens, garages, and areas prone to nuisance alarms.

Note: Due to the electronic component and sensor nature of this product, it is non-returnable for an "unwanted" refund.

The Aico Ei630RF Heat Alarm is the next-generation solution for areas where standard smoke alarms are unsuitable due to the risk of nuisance alarms, such as kitchens and garages. This detector uses a highly responsive thermistor that is activated by a sudden increase in temperature, triggering the alarm when the ambient air reaches 58 deg C. This design ensures rapid detection of dangerous flaming fires without being affected by cooking fumes or vehicle exhaust.

Crucially, the Ei630RF operates entirely on a sealed-in 10-year life lithium battery, offering a true fit-and-forget solution for the entire life of the alarm. It requires no wiring to the mains and eliminates the need for battery changes. The unit’s RadioLINK+ technology is built-in, enabling it to wirelessly interconnect with up to 12 other RadioLINK, RadioLINK+, or SmartLink devices. When one alarm is triggered, all connected alarms sound, ensuring site-wide warning.

Beyond its core function, the Ei630RF features AudioLINK+ technology. This innovative feature allows users to extract real-time data from the alarm directly to a smartphone via an app.

The resulting colour-coded report provides valuable data on alarm activations, sensor status, battery levels, and event logs, simplifying maintenance and compliance checks. Designed for straightforward installation with a twist-on base, the Ei630RF is Kitemarked to BS 5446-2:2003 and backed by a 5-year manufacturer guarantee, providing a reliable and intelligent safety system.
