The Astro Taro Fire-Rated Adjustable Downlight in Matt White (SKU 1240028) is a versatile, IP20-rated ceiling recessed light. Compatible with GU10 LED lamps, it features a 30° tilt and 355° rotation for precise directional lighting, is dimmable with suitable lamps, and provides up to 90 minutes fire protection.
The Astro Taro Fire-Rated Adjustable Downlight is an ideal solution for modern interiors requiring both functionality and safety. Its compact, round design in matt white complements any decor, while its adjustable spotlight allows precise illumination of key areas. Suitable for domestic and commercial installations, this IP20-rated fitting is safe for bathroom Zone 3 and provides excellent directional lighting.
Designed to be compatible with 6W max LED GU10 lamps (not included), the Taro downlight is also compatible with smart home GU10 lamps, enabling seamless integration with home automation systems. The fire-rated design ensures 90 minutes of protection in compliance with BS476 part 21, giving peace of mind in areas where fire safety is critical.
The Taro downlight combines ease of installation with flexible lighting control. Its dimmable function allows you to adjust lighting intensity when paired with a dimmable LED lamp, while the tilting and rotation features provide directional light exactly where it is needed.
