This is the Astro Lighting 7457 Ravello LED Reader wall lamp (SKU 1222018) coming in a Polished Chrome Switched and using a LED ES/E27 lamp (the shade and lamp needs to be ordered separately) and a 4.5W 2700K LED reader spot (adjustable, LED integrated).
The shade for this fitting is not included - it needs to be ordered separately, and you have a wide range of cylindrical shades (see Drum 250 range and Tube 135 range) and the Ravello Tapered Square 175 shade, all of which come in White, Black, Oyster, and Putty finish. It is switched - each of the light source is individually switched so that you may turn on the right light when needed.
Ravello LED Reader Wall Lamp Polished Chrome (Less Shade) - Features
