I ordered the wrong socket by mistake for an NTE 5 socket, but as the landline isn’t being used anyway the customer said to fit it. It looks great & she is so pleased with the appearance.
The switches arrived as promised on time, they fit perfectly but the only slight slight criticism is that the box screws were not long enough so had to find other screws. But the customer is delighted with the appearance & operation.

Must admit I have no issues with Sparks but the courier service, spoiled by drivers was abysmal. They came when nobody was home which was my fault as I had no idea a time had been emailed to me (text would have been better). Arranged for them to come back and my self-employed husband drove 16 miles to be home in time but unknown to him/us they came early. I then noticed another email to say they had been and nobody was home. He WAS home in time but the courier came early. I called and they said it would be delivered later that afternoon. They called me back to say the GPS showed the driver heading back to depot and never brought my parcel and also never answered any of the office calls to him. Told it would be on Saturday's schedule so waited in. Never came. I called. Now it was a van issue. His wipers wouldn't work in the rain. He eventually came a few hours late. I had also said that it could be left in a safe place and this was mentioned on the delivery note, yet this was never acted on and we wouldn't have wasted 2 days of losses income and time so based on their courier I would not buy from Sparks again. Must say this is all down to one driver. Customer service at APC was lovely. All my issues are with the driver.

Our money was taken on order but the goods were not delivered in the time span promised. when they were delivered we were given no idea at what time of day this would take place but that someone would need to be there. Even an indication of whether delivery was before or after noon would have been helpful.
