Proper planning can also help to ensure that the installation process is conducted in a safe and efficient manner, minimising the risk of accidents or damage to the surrounding environment. So here are three things to remember.1. Keep safety in mindDriveway lighting ideas are really fun to play around with, but remember that you can't simply apply a new lighting scheme to your house right away. Make sure that you talk to your electrician before making any changes to your existing driveway.Outdoor cables need to be installed in a deep trench, or else you could be at risk of getting seriously injured. If you're looking for driveway lighting solutions for a new home, mention your plans to your architect and electrician so they can factor in your choices early on in the process. This will save you a lot of time, money, and energy.2. Don't rush buyDon’t buy your lights right away just because they look good! Keep in mind to check for the IP rating.
