Introducing the Rako Controls WCM-D 10 Way Control Panel Input Unit - Rako Wired System available at Sparks for the best price.

- It needs to be wired to terminals so that it can be used with external push buttons (to be ordered separately).
- It fits into a standard standard 35mm single UK back box and has 10 inputs. It is fitted to a Rajo Wired System via terminal connectors.
- The Rako Controls WCM-D allows custom and third-party switch plates to be used in place of a Rako wired keypad (WCM/WK-EOS/WK-MOD etc).
- Back-box mounting wired system interface for up to nine volt-free contact closure inputs. For use with conventional external push buttons/switches.
- LED feedback capability and connections for the RAKOM wired network. Fits within a 47mm UK back box.
- Up to eight switch inputs can be taken per WCM-D.
- The switch plate can be formed of Latching or Momentary Action switches connected by short wires to terminals on the Rako Controls WCM-D.
The WCM-D is wired into two pluggable sets of terminals. The 8-way terminal block connects to the Rako wired network formed of Cat5/Cat6 cable with cable allocations as set out above.
The ten-way terminal block is used to wire between one and eight 3rd party switch panels into the WCM-D. Inputs “A-H” are shorted to common to output commands from the WCM-D.
Wiring Switches to the Rako WCM-D
- Switches must be Momentary Action types
- Switch cables must be 200mm maximum length
- Each switch must be connected to the 10 way terminal housing. One switch wire must go to either Common 1 or Common 2.
- The other switch wire must go to one of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5
Programming the Rako WCM-D
- The WCM-D is programmed in Rasoft as a Wired Plate.
- To put WCM-D into setup mode, either press buttons G & I together (as for a Wired Plate), or short Setup terminal to Common 2 for several seconds.
