This is the Forbes and Lomax 3G2TDIM/PAINTED 3 Gang Mixed Plate: 1x Rotary Dimmer and 2x Dolly Painted Plate Forbes and Lomax (Toggles and Dimmer Ordered Separately) available at Sparks Electrical Wholesalers for the best price.
Note: It comes with the grid painted plate, the knob and collars and rings - but not the modules, which need to be ordered separately. You need to select the finish of the insert (by default is brass, it can also come in Antique Bronze, Stainless Steel, Brushed Brass, or Nickel - mention this at the checkout) for the dimmer and the dolly. See the required items.
You can choose the code for your required mix of dolly (T) and dimmer module (DIM) along with the finish and then pick the modules in the required list. This is a 2 gang painted plate taking 2 dolly switches and 1 dimmer module - the dolly and the dimmer need to be ordered separately.
Please note: by default, the insert is unlacquered brass; it is shiny/polished brass, which after time becomes aged brass (there is a patina), which can be polished to become shiny again. The insert is unlacquered, designed to mellow with age if left unpolished to match older brass fittings in the home.
