This is the Heritage Brass L01.310.PBBK, a 2 Gang 2 Way 10A Rocker Grid Switch in Polished Brass and Black Trim. It is part of the M-Marcus range of Stylist grid flat plate range of switches, sockets, LED dimmers, USB socket outlets, and other wiring accessories.
Please note: this is a grid-style switch, and the screws are up-and-down, not left-and-right as usual (see the schematic picture above).
