This is the Astro Lighting 5036010 Tacoma Reed Ribbed Glass Smoked available at Sparks.

It is designed to be used with the Astro Lighting Tacoma wall lights. This hand-blown glass shade is a softly curved, organic shape that suits contemporary décor.
