This is the Astro Lighting 4596 Telegraph Floor Lamp in Matt Black (Astro 1404007) ideal for indoor lighting, coming without the shade (the shade needs to be ordered separately, see the Tapered Round 440 range of shades). 

The round base and the supporting arm have a matt black finish, it comes with a switch on the black cord, and it takes a E27/ES max. 12W LED lamp (not included).
