This is the Forum Lighting ZN-31759-SST - a Fleet Brushed Steel Square Up & Down Brushed Steel for exterior wall lighting.
It has an IP rating of IP44 and it can be safely used outdoor; the manufacturer says it is a splashproof fitting.
It uses 2x GU10 lamps max. 35W, and it can safely use LED lamps (to be ordered separately).
