This is the Vent-Axia VASF100T 100mm Silent Fan with Timer 5-30mins and Two Speeds IPX5 with Backdraught Shutters available at Sparks for the best price. It is a silent bathroom fan (from only 12dB[A]) with a stylish square face.
The overrun timer is adjustable 5-30 minutes, and at the time of installation you can select 1 or 2 speeds (selectable) - fixed or intermittent.
The backdraught shutters are included. The fan is rated at IPX5 for zone 1 in the bathroom, and it has a high efficiency motor.
The Vent-Axia VASF100T meets the current building regulations approved document F and L.
