This is the Westinghouse 78792 3 Speed and Off Infrared Remote Control for Westinghouse Ceiling Fans (Except the Westinghouse Hugger Style ceiling fans). It enables a wireles control of the speed and light settings of the Westinghouse ceiling fans from a distance of up to 12 metres.
The Westinghouse 78792 is an Infra Red Remote Control suitable for use with all Westinghouse ceiling fans (except Hugger style); please check on the fan page that it can be operated by remote.

Westinghouse 78792 Infrared Remote Ceiling Fan and Light Control - Technical
- It is an infrared remote control suitable for all Westinghouse ceiling fans (except the Hugger models)
- 3-speed and off control for Westinghouse fan and light
- Includes light dimmer; this function can be used if a dimmable light bulb is used.
- ON / OFF switch control for light
- It cannot be combined with a wall-mounted switch
- Weight: approx. 0.3kg / 0.44kg
- Dimensions: 230mm x 200mm x 30mm. Box dimensions: 233mm x 237mm x 34mm
- Voltage: mains voltage 230V/50Hz
- Batteries required, it uses 2 x AA batteries
