This is the Firstlight 5756CH Profile round flush ceiling light, a flush bathroom light with a chrome ring and an opal glass diffuser - altogether 320mm diameter.
It uses 2 x max. 40W E15 lamps (not included), and it can be safely used in the bathroom (it is IP44 rated).
