This is the Ryefield SK3011/3, a J-Type 200A Distribution Board HRC Fuse.

Ryefield J-Type Distribution Board 2 Way - Features
- Wall-mounted case fabricated from 16g zinc-coated sheet steel
- Hinged tray pattern covers secured by captive thumbscrews.
- Mul-t-lock, provision for sealing and padlocking attachment.
- Copper busbars with M16 studs for incomers
- Slot in top and bottom of case fitted with removable (16g) flat steel plates.
- Back of case drilled and embossed for wall fixing.
- 6 x Henley 58424-01 carriers - JP type HRC fuse-links and wedge type bases.
- PVD inner insulating screen with apertures to pass the front of fuse units and fillets between phases.
- Finish: casework stove-enamelled dark grey shade BS632.
- Steel screws and component parts zinc plated.
- Spreader boxes are available for larger cables.
- Type tested - rated fused short circuit current 50KA - 415V. Dielectric Test 2.5KV for one minute
- Dimensions: 680mm width x 680mm length x 230mm depth, 19mm door depth.
