This is the Airflow 90000454, a QuietAir 150mm white extractor fan - the standard model, an IP45 rated kitchen axial fan with 2 speeds, ideal for 150mm / 6 inch duct.

After the great success of the QuietAir QT100 and QT120 models, Airflow brought the QT150 (150mm quiet ventilation fan) to deliver energy-efficient, powerful extraction on a larger scale.Ideal for kitchens and light commercial applications, Airflow QT150 has two speed options (220m³/h and 250m3/h).

Airflow QT150B in particular is applicable for kitchens and light commercial applications.
Another key selling point is its muted sound level of 35 dB delivered by low-energy motors, that are entirely eco-friendly. It has a power consumption of only 6W (low speed), used by a long life ball-bearing motor with 40,000 hours of life.
Meanwhile, the impeller delivers powerful extraction through long runs of ducting, taking on even 90 degree bends with apparent ease.
When it come to irritatingly noisy fans you need not worry: It reaches only the low levels of 35 dB(A).
