This is the ELD Lighting ALPHA-CT-9W 130mm Cutout IP44 9W 3000K/4000K/6500K CCT LED Round Panel 145mm Diameter Non-Dimmable in White. It is a switchable CCT LED panel with a cutout of 130mm and overall diameter of 145mm.
Please note: on the box for this fitting it may say that it is IP20 rated; however, as per the EU Declaration of Conformity in the docs attached, this product has been tested and passed the relevant tests to be designated as IP44 light fitting.
