This is the MK K4882WHI 2 Way 1 Module Grid Switch 10A, MK Grid Plus White 2 Way Grid Switch available at Sparks.
The grid module clips fit to frame without any special tools, and the module can be removed or replaced when the grid frame is fixed in position. To be used only with the MK Grid Plus system.
