This is the Fordy Polished Chrome table lamp complete with the vintage white tapered shade available at Sparks for the best price.
It comes in a shiny chrome finish (bright nickel plate, polished chrome); the round base, the supporting arm, and the pull cord switch are all in a matching polished chrome finish.
The shade is included; it comes complete with a cone-shaped white shade, vintage white, tapered shade.
The LED lamp needs to be ordered separately; it take 1x ES/E27 LED lamp and it is non-dimmable.
