This is the BG Nexus SBS13, a 1 Gang Intermediate 10AX Single Rocker Switch Flat Plate Brushed Steel with Screws available at Sparks.
This brushed steel finish 20A intermediate light switch from British General should be used as the middle switch when you need to operate one light from 3 different locations, such as either end of a hallway and at the top of the stairs.
This switch has an ultra-slim flat plate that sits flush against the wall and an anti-fingerprint lacquer, making it ideal for modern interiors.
