This is Forbes and Lomax DS13/USBAC/PSX, a 2 Gang Double 13A Socket with 2 x USB Charger Socket A+C on a Invisible Plate with White or Black Plastic Insert and Rocker.
Please note: This item comes by default with a white plastic trim; if you require it with black trim, please mention this in the comments.
This Forbes & Lomax USB charger socket (2 gang 13A + 2 gang USB charger socket - one is USB-A and the other is USB-C) is specifically designed to charge mobile devices such as smartphones (both iOS and Android phones), tablets, satellite navigation equipment, etc. Any mobile device that requires a 5V USB style power supply can be charged from this USB socket charger - either USB-A or USB-C.
Ideal for a home office, study, bedside table, or anywhere at home where mobile devices are used. It comes with an LED indicator by the USB chargers, which indicates when the charging is complete.

About the Forbes and Lomax Invisible Range

- All Forbes & Lomax switches and sockets require British standard 35mm deep flush wall boxes, but we recommend 47mm for ease of installation
