This is the LEDS-C4 05-8358-05-12 Trip Glass Wall Light with Smoked Glass Diffuser E14/SES LED max. 9W available at Sparks.
It is a single wall fitting with a metallic shade in gold (300mm diameter) and a Smoked glass diffuser. The LED lamp needs to be ordered separately, it takes 1x max. 9W LED lamp with a SES/E14 lamp cap.
