2kW Black Wall-mounted PIR - Features

• Positioning: the best results are achieved when this PIR is mounted on a wall at a height of 2 metres. The sensor can be angled above animal height to avoid nuisance triggering. 
• Detection specifications: approx. 140 degrees x 10m; these may vary slightly depending on the mounting height and location. Temperature change may also alter the detection range. 
• Controls: timing adjustments and light level adjustment control. 
• Timing adjustments: it varies the length of time the light will stay on from about 5 seconds to 10 minutes. You can turn it clockwise to increase the ON-time; the ideal setting is about 10 o'clock position (approx. 2 mins). Whilst there is movement within range of the unit, the light will remain ON. When no further movement is detected, the light will switch off after the pre-set time has elapsed. 
• Light level adjustment control: it adjusts the light level at which the unit operates. You can adjust it to have it operate day and night, or only at night when movement is detected.
