This is the BG Nexus R88 8 Gang Grid Cover Plate White Plastic for 8 Grid Modules available at Sparks.
It is part of the Nexus white moulded range, matching the white range.
The white plates are supplied with covers to conceal the fixing screws, and there are no visible plastic trims around the switches.
BG Nexus R88 8 Gang Grid Cover Plate White Plastic - Specs
