Welcome to the Rules and Regulations category under Advice at Sparks. It is very important to know the current rules and regulations, and there are many official channels that introduce them in full.
However, as it relates to the items on our website, it is our duty to inform you of some of the rules and regulations that affect the installation of these items and where to use them.
And there are particular new rules and regulations that affect the use and installation of the items we sell; so we post them here, via our blog.
