- either coming in store to pick up the items you're purchasing(for which you don't have to pay the carriage charge),
- or choosing that the items would be delivered to your billing address.
In case you're not in / cannot be in all day long to wait for the delivery, or you can't be there when the courier says they will deliver your parcel, you can call them at any time and re-arrange the delivery! Since we use Interlink Express for now, you can contact them at 0780 904 1016 with your contact details & your consignment number, and set up another time for the delivery!
In some cases we also deliver by our van, and of this service benefit mainly the ones that are around where we are located(North London, around N19 5SE) - in the same way, we will either contact you to re-arrange the delivery(in case no one is home), or you can call us to arrange another time for the items to be delivered to you!
