This is the Astro Lighting Altea chrome round bathroom ceiling light with a white glass diffuser (1133002). It is an IP44 rated circular flush light for bathrooms coming complete with white opal glass and having a polished chrome rim. It requires the LED lamp - to be ordered separately.
