This is the Sagab by Elma 978, which is a portable, easy-to-carry Mini Lux Meter which fits in your pocket and is ready to use when you are. With this light meter you can measure light in a wide variety of areas and applications with an immediate reading via the large scale, automatically backlit display. It reads results in both LUX and foot candle.
